Well im gettin married in about 5 months or 6 including May. My fiance LOVES muscles on gals (he was based working in a british military base, so i guess he must of seen the gal soldiers working out in the gym :pfft: ), although ive never liked muscles on gals. But after doing some research and youtube viewing i actually like the muscles on girls! well not all.. i dont like big arms (just defined arms - still feminine looking) , but i like nice thick thighs and glutes, abs, calves and a nice back.

kind of a silly q but lets ask anyway.... so i was wondering how long would it take a healthy weight female to gain good muscle definition? any experiences?

thanks for ur feedback!

Once again, why not take the suggestions in ALL your other threads and hook up with a personal trainer. You should be able to make some awesome progress in 5-6 months, and depending on what you are starting out like you should be able to get close to where you want to be.

But, you won't get there if you aren't prepared to put in the hard yards and educate yourself..

In my first 6 months, i lost about 5 KG of fat, and gained 5KG of muscle, however, i feel that when i look back on it now, i could've done better. This isn't to say that i am not happy with that, but there wqere so many mistakes i made, and i am so much better educated now. One of the things i had, was a personal trainer, he not only helped me with giving me a program, but also i got body composition tests, which helped me monitor my progress, and learn what works for me. there was one month where i went backward, and so i immediately modified my program, and had another test 1 week later, and i was making progress again.

I'm not saying it was easy, but i'm glad i did it, and i can now run more then 2 KM.

Where do you live/ what gym are you currently at?

What do you consider to be healthy weight? What's your weight and fat %?

well im in a healthy weight range for my height... but im still fat compared to 'fit' standards, i still have a good amount of fat on my stomach ,and obliques....

could do wit losing another 8-10 kgs

I was mainly going to the gym 2 days a week, and going for a run on another when I made these gains.

But as you can see, i didn't actually lose any weight, but i look much better now.

I don't think you should be so focused on a weight loss, but try to reduce your BF% and have fun.

I think 5 months is doable as long as you're working hard :)

Just make sure you stay disciplined with your nutrition and exercise and you'll be ok.

How often are you going? 5 times per week?

6 days

yeah i guess i should see a major change in 5 months, thats a long time
