I'll start...

Desk: sachets of tuna, protein powder, a few protein bars, oats, some tea bags, cashews and brazil nuts

Office Fridge: 1L of low fat yogurt, salad for the day and some pesto...

Locker @ work:

Couple 1.5kg bags oats, box 30cans salmon.

~5 PWO Shakes in 250g cottage cheese containers

~5 pre-made breakfasts (oats and wpc) in 500g c.c containers

Meal room @ work:

1x opened 1.5kg oats,

1x opened box of 30salmon tins

1x open tray of 30eggs

1x cookie time xmas cookie red container containing WPC

Got a deal on one of those mini fridges that hold round 24 cans, which I have in my office so food is at hand.

Couple pre made shakes

Couple containers of meals (chicken, veges etc)

Just bring it in as I need it.

Chilly carry bag has extra protein powder, a days supplements plus a few extra "wake me up" pills case I'm a bit jaded before workout.

a shitload of pens, pencils and other shit I seldom use. it is a gravity well for things I find on the floor next to me.

My car glovebox, however, is a gold mine of protein shakes, and bars. plus toothbrush and paste, under arm... you just never can tell where you will end up. 8)

its about being prepared.

Since I don't have a desk at work ill just list what I have in the desk at home, hackey sack, an old newspaper article, several key rings, an old carpentry knife, a multiplug, a small maglite torch, a harmonica tuner, some old eletrical thing a doorbell I think that I made from dicksmith 12 years ago , 22 ammunition, guitar tuner, screws, a whoopy cushion, a sata cable, a swiss army card, a padlock, a screw driver and my old restricted license. Also some pens pencils and left over cascades from fireworks ages ago.

Basically random crap accumulated over the course of my life I havent bothered to throw away.

In my desk drawer at work I have, pre-portioned bags of oats with PP, various fruit, couple of Protein bars, emergency cans of tuna, coffee, green tea, Bags of almonds, shaker of protein powder, a ruler, pencil sharpener and a dress that I have half made and been avoiding finishing.

In the fridge at work I have un-canned peaches, more tuna, flaxseed oil,avocados and some tofu.

I have plain tuna in brine, 2 serves of protein pre-measured in zip lock bags, green beans (they are in the freezer), shoe polish, throat lozenges, post its, some nuts, green tea and some lollies :shifty:

Yep used to go spotlighting on my friends farm. I was surprised what I found digging around in that draw hadn't opened it in months.
