Sup guise.

What should I consider with my cut? (I started cutting on Thurs')

No sugar, trans/saturated fats? I sorta don't want to go down in carb's too much because I always look too flat... So yeah.

I'm taking in about 250 carbs a day now.. I start off with 100g, then 75, 50, 25 etc etc. So far so good.

I'm thinking of 20 min hiit on mon/wed/fri .. will bump if I feel like no results.

Like to add something else? Tips etc??
