I Doubt you'll get much lower BF than that

Agreed. Perhaps a different range of additional ab exercises might bring in more definition to the lowest 2 if thats what you're wanting? I really don't think trying to lose any more body fat is the answer!

Yeah I want the lower two become more defined. I think I'll give swimming a shot, we'll see what I get from it. I'm on a 3300-3500 caloric diet (with about 40% calories from proteins, 40% from carbs and 20% from fats), hopefully I'll continue increasing my weight.

Dan are you ill? Stop worrying about your damn abs and whether you have 4, 6, or 46 and put some fckin muscle on dude! WTF  If you must, do some low rep heavy ab work to build your abs a little, but add body weight AND get a tan - you look like a ghost!

Ha-ha I used to weigh way less than that. And yeah I know about tan, thanks, although the color on the picture is exaggerated (picture taken with a phone).

Oh and I doubt I can eat more than I eat now (described in my post above). But even if I could, I wouldn't, because I'm aganst bulking then cutting method. I like slow gains without fat (gained 12 kg during past 12 months).
