i can relate to this, but its never a problem!

im a small guy, and seing the big boys is definitley inspiring - when you realise how much effort and dedication it takes to get a big f*ck off chest, or that mean wide back, it deserves respect!

and watch them for form, its often invaluble - but do keep in mind big fellas dont ALWAYS have good form!

LOl nong. Fully using that one at people today.

Dont even look at the other peepz at the gym if its getting to you that much. When people say to me “I saw this guy at the gym today he was a fail “im thinking to myself, how the heck you get time to check out other people at the gym. And really who cares, what others do at the gym have no effect on my personal development and emotional input into the gym. To many people are to concerned with other peoples lives. The ones who are doing well are just getting on with it

Either you’re not pushing yourself hard enough or you are to focusing on what others are doing. You pay your gym membership to become a body builder and improve clearly.

The huge guys you stand next to and get put off by, were once your size and once probably felt inadequate.

You pick up some great pointers by watching people who know what they are doing. And 1day made a good point - it's a great opportunity to wait for a break and chat. I always have a question or two. All around the world keen bodybuilders are looking for the chance to talk to someone who really knows what they are doing. And now you get the chance for free you lucky guy!

When they are lifting 3 times as much I am, makes it very hard for me to push it as hard!!! kinda takes you down a peg or 3...

Does it affect anyone else?

They werent born so strong, they became that way taking the exact path you are, they have been there.... so dont even worry about it, just do ur own thing, bcus if they worried about wat others , who are lifting heavier think, then they wouldnt be where they are now!
