Hi Guys and Girls

I've been browsing this site for a couple of weeks now and I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to sort the different forums from newest to oldest, they just seem to come up at random.

Well I might as well introduce myself whilst I'm here, My name is Ryan and I work for the department of corrections.

I started doing the "get fit" thing a little over a year ago and moved into weight training from there.

I started getting more serious, when an officer who was a former powerlifter started telling me about the weights he shifted and it made me look pathetic!!!

I'm a tad over 6'4" (192cms) and weigh in at a diminutive 128kgs :shock:

I have a gym available to me at work which I normally hit every lunchtime that I'm at work.

Does anyone out there use Nano vapor?, I'm about to give it a go.

I've heard that citrus fruit/juice after the workout counters the caffeine to stop the jitters if you get them.

Not sure what you mean about sorting forums. You can drag the forums on the front page into whatever order you like, but the topics within the forums will always be in chronological order.

What I mean is that when you go to a forum, some of the entries are years old but still going although the original topics have long been put aside.

yeah new posts added on to old threads will bump them up. a good tip is every time you login just click on the "new posts" under the search dropdown and you will see new posts from all the forums.
