Not all women have massive arms, as anyone (male/female), genetically some bodyparts will grow better than others. I have a ok sized back, flamer has great ass + legs (haha sorry flamer!). Some chicks have awesome delts and lacking in arm size. Everyone varies. But I would rather have lightly larger, firmer muscular arms than saggy wobbly ones :grin: They don't get huge by magic, it takes freekin years!!

well its good it takes 'years' cos i wouldnt want big arms at all!

Well I don't think anyone here would think having a flat a** if great. This is a body building site, so telling everyone to get with the times, when they already know their stuff, is just plain wrong.

i just said so bcus i dont agree that flamer's ass is great lol... no offence flamer u just need to use the glute machine more often honey
