choice of bloods for control testing?

I am trying my own approach first, see how that goes then go back and demand a referral to an Endo if need be.

Taking Novedex + ZMA for now and feeling good - I put an update in my original thread.

Look forward to seeing your results!

So, finally results are back! here they are for anybody interested in them, i know several of you are considering this approach, i think the results speak volumes. anyway..

so a recap, the 2 hormones of note are total testosterone and free testosterone. my original tests were:

test 10.8 (range 10-24)

free test 221 (range 250-800)

after 4 weeks of taking zma at night, and novedex-xt in the morning, my tests were:

test 20.6 (range 10-24)

free test 601 (range 250-800)

for the record, i did both tests on the same day, same time of day, no smoking/drinking etc, so results would be a good comparison. FTR, used ON zma. The results could explain why my strength was going up at the end of my bulk like it was, not sure what my levels are like now, but these results are very encouraging...

Peace

Very cool, Mr Scratch! You did what I hadn't got around to - getting a blood test before taking a testosterone booster. I've just spent 8 weeks on ZMA and BSc's Triandrobol (basically tribulus with a pretty label). Unfortunately, I didn't take blood tests, so all I've got to measure it by is what I can see. I'm going to throw a quick summary into the Review forum - why don't you do the same?

Wildo mate - yea the 'pre tests' essentially saved me wasting money on any trib based product - trib raises LH, which indirectly works to raise test levels. and my LH was sky high. I still reckon you should get 'after' tests anyways though. 8 weeks is well long enough for products to do their bizzo!

So where to from here mate?

Are you satisfied you are @ normal levels now? Any further concern or you think your all sussed?

very good question dude - and the simplest answer is that im just glad im not actually suffering from primary hypergonadism - if i was the supps wouldna helped. It gives me more confidence that if and when i do take things 'up a notch' i do have 'normal' levels to come back to... whether i say on here what im doing is another story though

Great result Bro. Seems the Zinc has done the work for you. Its often deficient when hard training is involved & is essential in testosterone synthesis. Nice to see someone actually doing "befores" & "afters".
