Done something odd to my left leg. :? This may seem a bit odd as to how it happened.

On a flat bench reaching down to pick up a couple of dumbbells for flat bench DB press. When reaching down for the left dumbbell it felt like my left hamstring rolled and clicked.

Very sore today especially where your leg joins your bum.

Is this a hamstring issue or something else?

sounds serious get 1day to massage your glutes for you.

i just think whatever youve pulled will come right after 2 or 3 days but if not youll need to speak to someone with medical knowledge.

its hard to ask people for medical advise on here you will get so many different answers.

Could be your hip flexor or your glute if you reached over to one side. Collect as much information as you can about exactly where it hurts and when, to help the physio with an assessment. But hey, sometimes these things fix themselves!
