Had like 570 kilogram's on the leg press and used up all the plates and everyone looked mad but couldn't do anything about it.

That is all.

Oh and...

How much can you leg press ? The machine was stacked!!! I can't see myself ever doing that amount... Maybe if it was bad form. 'Maybe' is the keyword.

Discuss. (How much you can leg press Lolz)

(P.S: He said his max was 650 kilo's.)

Yea, I asked the dude how much weight it was an he said "don't know don't care". He's obviously got very strong legs, but I'd be more impressed with a 250kg squat. Is he a powerlifter or bodybuilder?

Yeah he squats a lot too. Like 180 or some shit (A lot to me and most other people lol.)

He's a bodybuilder ahy. He's one of Grant's mates, mates lol.

Saw a dude yesterday at the gym doing squats with 100KG on each end of the bar. Problem was he was squatting GR style - squatting down about 6 inches if he was lucky.

Worst thing was he had a trainer with him. Useless. :grin:

Yea there's some shocking trainers out there. There's this dude at fastlane fitness, who always has his clients doing lunges, their more or less walking with weights in their hands, it's funny as hell. People aren't joking when they say a lot of these trainers got there qualifications out of a cereal box. :pfft:

Maybe the 'trainer' is a chiropractor in his day job :-s

This is soooo true..

Like this one lady at the gym, (a PT that didn't work at the gym, just had a client)

Got her client and said

"We're gonna use weights on your lunges because we really want to get those muscles bigger and stronger."

Passes him a 2kg dumbbell.. wtf? I doubt the guy had phsyio issues or anything he looked fine and was keen to get huge..

Probably told him carbs make u fat too so he should just eat protein and avoid fats lol.

Now i know ya get what you pay for but i think if people are paying for a trainer they should get a real one - the YMCA here where i live - the "trainers" are trained in 2 weekends - to give you a work out and diet plan - WOW i'd feel confident!

Excuse my ignorance, but what is a boostinggtir? Is that some sort of new fandangled urinal?

Shouldn't you be out job hunting 2guns? My advice to you would be... get a job, get some roids, get some healthy carbs, an of course some lean meats. Don't stress if you only squat 100kg for now. I'd just focus on leg pressing 2 tons as you immediate goal. An yes, a boostinggtir is a urinal.
