Is it worth buying?

it's ok - a bit tastless though, I use it for cooking. - eggwhite omoletes to thicken them up, you can buy liquid eggcel too, which is just eggwhites.

Good for mixing in with oats, though it does give the toots, so no good on that count. It is cheaper though compared to Onutrition.

I much prefer Onutrition egg protien powder for taste - at least I can consume with water no problems, choc and vanilla flavour - my body is well adjusted to it.

Is it okay if it mix it with cold water? Like the other protein powders.

Somehow, i do not like the idea of having liquid egg whites! :shock:

Another point to be noted. This is the nutritional info from the Eggcel website regarding the Egg Protein powder.

Sodium .7g

If each gram of protein and carbohydrates gives around 4 calories, shouldn't the total energy intake be (45.2+2.1) * 4 = 189.2 calories.

But the info above says it's 471 kj = 112.68 calories.

Why the difference?

Yeah, off the spoon! And i tried it. And had a really hard time.....lol!

By the way, i dropped the whole idea of this Egg Protein. Liked the Reactiv Pure NZ Whey powder. So i guess i'm gonna go with it.
