Breast Augmentation help

My girlfriend is in the process of seriously looking at getting her breasts enlarged. She is currently an 'A' cup and wanting to go to a 'C'.

Has anyone here had of, or know of any girls that have had the procedure done and any good or bads experiences they would like to share?

Can anyone recommend and good surgeons here in NZ?

What is the average cost of the surgery?

I have had quite a few friends go to Roger in Tauranga who rumor has it is not an authorised plastic surgeon. None the less most of them seem fairly happy with the job(s). He is the cheapest at around $7000 goes over the muscle with silicone implant (not gel so no leaking possible), under the breast for incision. The main complaint tends to be scarring is quite bad.

I have heard that Januszkiewicz Janek in Remuera is very good but quiet costly. Apparently worth it though.
