My first newbie mistake was trying to reach some fucked up retards definition of my ideal weight, 45kg. I was 47kg at the time, lifting weights and kept gaining "weight" I'm now around 60! Yay! :pfft: :shifty:

47kg seems so... Anorexic

Student til I die.

My fav one that i used to do and still see people do this. did the other day in fact, guys thinking if they do big weights they will get big when there in fact way to heavy. arms are the best one, dudes swinging weights around and looking like there having sex standing up lol. saw my mate do it the other day just shook my head lol

The best mistake that I have made recently was to aggressively snatch a 32kg Kettlebell and not have enough presence with the movement. Without chalk on my hands and lack of concentration the bell went flying over my shoulder. I spun around and watched in horror as it narrowly missed some poor victim behind me. I could not apologise enough to them. I think he needed a change of shorts.

Basic mistake. Listening to a trainer without doing the research myself. I'm not a bodybuilder so I should not train like one. Also not understanding the critical nature of nutrition within a program as well.
