Waikato/BOP Powerlifting Champs

SQUAT / BENCH / DEADLIFT

Both Men and women can compete at this event, with ten different weight categories for men (56kg - 125+kg) and nine for women (48kg-90+kg).

The various age groups are divided into six classes.

Sub Junior (14yrs-18yrs)

Junior (19yrs-23yrs)

Open (any age group)

Master I (40-49yrs)

Master II (50-59yrs)

Master III (60-69yrs)

M1V (70+)

Not sure the timings gonna be any good for me, but go for a look anyway.

Theres a novice meet at your gym in November (Morrinsville Fitness Centre). That might be more my cup of tea cos I'll be well back into bulking by then :grin:
