Eh... that study would have to include ethnicity, body type, natural levels of free test, Hgh, diet, training and a whole slew of other variables in order to be rock solid. It would also have to mention all of the above and the specific history of steroid usage for people who have used. Any study which has to act as a basis for all people has to be extremely diverse and indepth.

Thing is, only been bodybuilding since 2007... I doubt I'd reach my limit about now. If so, wow gay genetics lol..

btw.. Gear is wayyy to expensive for me.. Hopefully by semester 2 of uni or next year i can land a job at the gym.. Lol

Thing is, in 3rd form everyone had biceps and chest (shitty ofcourse..) and I had triceps and lats (shitty too)

Might be genetic? I don't know. But I will post my routine.. Lol

Are you for real Lui? U think a normal job will be suffice? I'm scared to have a job (unless gym or personal trainer which hopefully be soon) because of the fact they're real anal about eating and shit.. breaks etc..

His lat development is most definitely genetic he appears to have an extreme mesomorph build, narrow waist with broad shoulders. Couple that with good lat insertion points and you have one hell of a back. He probably does everything everyone else does pullups rows etc.

Well Boosting my real name is Ali and if there's no uni (like now for 2 weeks :D) then I train at like 10 in the morning... Otherwise after noons at like 1 or somtimes 5... Hate those times though. A morning person.

I'm a ecto morph Al. Want me to post a picture of how lil I was ^_^

how little you were does not make you an ectomorph, its how you respond to training.nutrition etc
