first cycle, in theory. Recommendations plz

Background: im posting this on behalf of a friend (realy). He is a member of this site, but doesnt post so i thought it would be better for me to post this so that it doesnt just get discarded as noob shit. Hes being reading up a shitload on the forums, he wants a stack more for quality gains that all out mass, and the stack below is what hes come up with. Reccomendations? hes been training for a relatively small amount of time, but has made great gains naturally just with whey/creatine, and has just started a dc training program, which hes loving - im trying to convince him to start a journal. Constructive criticisms welcome, shit slinging not.

Any inj test

Equipose(AKA boldenone)

Nolvadex

and hCG to keep things stable

hes about 5ft 7, 75kg@ a true 14%

open to suggestions for different first stacks from the old fellas

Bro its good that you are helping him out but we continue to have this debate on first cycles. Personally I always recommend TestE @500mg PW for 12-14 weeks as the basic first cycle without any other compounds. This can still be a lean bulker as that is all about nutrition & clean carbs, high intensity training & maybe some light cardio. Keep it simple. The thing is that every "body" is different & responds differently. So you need to assess him by body type eg meso,ecto etc as to what his diet should be & his training level & experience is also important. The addition of Eq at say 400mg PW will have the added benefit of strength, leanness & vascularity, appetite stimulant & collogen synthesis in the joints. However I normally run that in the second cycle. Dbol at a low dose of 20mg ED can be also included for a jumpstart of 6 weeks & used to taper out of the cycle after the test has run its time. This is probably best utilised in the 2nd or 3rd cycle. Hcg is not essential but if he wants to keep the "boys" happy, its best used on cycle @ 500iu PW, not as part of PCT. You have not mentioned his age or training history but at 75kg I think he has still got some natural potential to grow before crossing over to the Dark Side. Gear is not a magic potion & is only a part of the BBing equation.

I am currently 5 1/2 weeks in on my first cycle.

After a lot of reading and research I chose test e with nolva for pct. I jab twice weekly for 500mg a week. (I believe in keep it simple, eat clean and healthy, lift heavy)

I am having good results at this dosage and not really noticing sides much, just a little shrinkage, but I'm old anyways.

I am up 15 pounds and am happy with my gains .

By the way I am almost 41yo 17% bf 6'3 and 260 pounds

Can anyone tell me why people say "wait untill you have a good few years under your belt before looking at using"

Is this a "moral" thing or is there scientific proof/evidence ect somewhere saying this.

If your routine/diet/knowlegde(about gear) is there, what reason is there to wait.

If you arn't at your natural peak, the gear would get you there and you be more likely to keep the majority of your gains(obviuosly again depending on your cycle and PCT).

You will always have your noob's such as young users(under 21's) and lazy part time lifters trying to get big without all the hard work, but a normal guy with all the ducks in line should be able to get on the juice without any issues????? or am i way wrong.

I'll admit i'm Curious myself about gear.
