Every one talks about staying close to competition level bf while trying to gain muscle.. how ?

Im at a loss as to how find that perfect point.

Maybe you can give me a few tips, or point me in the right direction for further reading, or better yet write up a brief introductory article for all of us on here, much like the one about delt training.

Tight as hell. Hassan won the Universe last year. He has taken this year off. He tells me we well see him bigger next year.

I will post something up over the next few days for ya. It will have to be pretty general as everyone responds differently.
