Looks good if adding surplus calories are the goal. Must taste good with all those carbs in it- something like 170g carbs: 52g protein! Probably smarter to half the serve so it doesn't all turn to fat but then your protein count comes crumbling down to a measley 26g so no wonder its so cheap per serve. Dont think it has a vitamin or mineral profile either so not an ideal meal replacment.

Claims to have some super-moleculor weight carb thats better than glucose called VEXTRAGO...but doesn't that mean it will rate really high on the GI and screw up your blood sugars? :naughty: It would be like drinking gallons of lollie water along with your mass gainer to get your cals in right? Sounds like a fat gainer rather than a real mass gainer, than say the profile of something like BSN True-Mass?

Its okay. Tastes really great, even with water. Fair few basic carbs though, sugars particularly. I din't notice much when I got some and subsequently I didn't bother with a second one.

But if the mitre 10 giant says its good it must be

im nearing the end of my big bag, will definitley buy again next bulk.

btw,imo any diet excessive in cals with insufficient training will end up in fat gain, mass gainers like this are for mass-helping to acheive a high cal intake that exceeds the cals burned daily. the carbs in it are about 18% simple, nearly the same RATIO as stuff like truemass, albiet without the minerals etc..

bottom line, if your training right, m.mass will do what its supposed to -

supplement your diet to acheive the high intake you need. Taking it will do nothing if your overall daily intake is insufficient, if your training isnt dialed in.

hope this helps..
