Natural gains post cycle

Short bouts of high intensity training are more effective at getting results, i have seen several clever guys make great gains naturally with just x2-3 45min -60 mins sessions per week in the gym and maybe only 1-2 heavy working sets on key exercises. Key hormone levels HGH and Test are stimulated to increase post work-out with short intense bouts of training, especially when compound movements like heavy squats are used.

Totally agree ... although IMO the same rules apply to those on cycle as well.

IMO depends where you are planning on going with your training. The first and most important thing is a robust PCT following cycle. I mentioned in another post that this is as important as the cycle itself. The 2nd thing is don't go balls-to-the-wall in your training as you did whilst on cycle. This will only result in catabolic action. Don't over train after cycle. IMO no more than 3 times per week. You need to listen to your body. This comes from experience. If you have just finished a cycle and are recouping awaiting for you next cycle to commence, the key is to go into a holding pattern and maximise the gains made on the previous cycle. I have seen so many guys lose good muscle after the end of a cycle and this is just a waste of money and is very frustrating
