Ronnies making a comeback from news I've seen (anyone seen any recent pics??), and anyone who has won 8 consecutive titles is going to be a contender!

Nate

I think your right Nate .... 8 times. Can you imagine how hard that would burn in your mind after losing to Cutler? how much harder would you work? (Cutler included)

If they show... it's going to be one of the best contested Olympias in a long time.

As much as Moe is the local hero, objectively I think he will struggle to place as well as he did last year, especially if the likes of Cutler & Ronnie front up. Next to Kai, Moe has looked reminiscent of Benfatto or Paris, and that look won't cut it next to the big men at the O.

But from an emotive and patriotic perspective it would be great to see him place in the top 5.

Top 5, in order

Jay

Victor

Ronnie

Dexter

Kai

Everyones in huff about Kai's legs (and they are off the planet) but I keep having a vision of Ronnie's Shredded, Vascular and HUUUGEE quads and think they will overshadow Kai.

interesting out there list MK, your not a conspiracy theorist by any chance?lol

I never like the look of ronnies legs from the front, thought they looked better when he was smaller, better seperation.

Not at all- actually I don't even know what conspiracy your reading into it..I must be out of the political loop, I think Jay coming in off condition was an anomaly, I think that Victor has the hype and the Arnold was the first show after injury and he'll be better than that.

By Dexters own words the O is a big mans show (he didn't expect to win it) and I always felt it was a one off for him.

Remember all the talk about Phil heath last year before the Arnold and how he was going to take Dexter, I get the same feeling about Kai- that next to the big names he won't be so dominating.

But then I am usually wrong half the time on comp pics too, so take it with a grain of rice.

sorry humour is obviously above you today, putting jay at number one spot??? are you wack? no way!

I guess jay could come back and win it but i feel he hold to much water in his back, shoulders and arms,if he could came in dry as i would rate his chances as good but how many times has he come in bone dry in the last few O's?

I think Kai will compare really well next to any top pro, i was looking at him next to tony freeman in good form and though he made tony look pretty average condition and fullness wise and he lacks nowhere.

I hope not or i'm out of pocket $ 50 ;)

I still think if Kai turns up even a little better than he did in Oz ( and i hope he does ) then no one will get close to him. He reminds me of Dorian Yates but with better asthetics.

haha i knew putting moe 1st a lot of opinions bout dat would arise :pfft: :pfft: anyways this is the real deal i believe this years olympia will pan out. i have broken in 3 groups. the frontrunners to win the title, then the guys who are in the 2nd to 6th range, then the guys 6th to 10th range............ Frontrunners anyone of theses guys will win the title... JAY CUTlER this year he has empolyed the services of nuturtionlist guru hany rambord. with jay he has no problem with muscle mass or symertry its jus condition he has had the problem with in the last two years. last year prejudging he was off but the next day at the finals he was on. he beat dexter in points at the finals but it was too late dexter was so far ahead from the prejudging. i feel with hany for the first time helping him he will come in 100% ripped an shredded an if that happens a 100% on Jay will always beat a 100% on Dexter. VICTOR MARTNEZ this year at the arnold classic he was only 80% and nearly won the arnold he was only a few points behind kai. he was happy with second cos he knew he wasnt at his best as he still hasnt fully brought up the left leg after the knee operation and he also knew his condition wasnt as sharp as in the past. but now he has time from now until september to bring his best. an if victor is 100% on i think we may see a newly crowned mr olympia but that all depends if jay is 100% cos an on jay an a on victor i truly dont no who will win good luck to the judges. but both these guys if they are on will beat dexter. PHIL HEATH this year he has taken time off to concentrate on the olympia and like last year wen he did that leading up to the ironman he came back bigger an better. so with saying that who knows what hes going to like hes a genetic freak i truly believe he will be a threat to take the title. for a guy whos first comp was in 2003 then 2005 turn pro then win his first 3 pro shows then come 3rd in his first try at the olympia last year. looking forward to see what package he brings. he is also working with hany rambord like his best mate jay cutler. DEXTER JACKSON this year he has also taken time off to defend his title. but this year he is not working with joe mcneil his trainer an nurtritionlist i feel that may hurt him. last year joe tryed some different things on him that dexter didnt understand until he had the sandow trophy in his hands. after the olympia dexter wanted to do things on his own i couldnt understand he would want to break a winning formula. but who knows it might work out for him. i think if jay an victor are 100% he will fall behind them. THESE GUYS ABOVE I HAVE AS THE FRONTRUNNERS TO WIN THE TITLE. THESE NEXT SET OF GUYS I HAVE IN THE 2nd to 6th RANGE.................... KAI GREENE this year he has already won the arnold and oz pro show. other people would have him as a threat to win the title. but i dont because he just beat a 80% victor and the rest of the frontrunners were not competing at the arnold in saying that dont get me wrong kai has a awesome physic an a top IFBB pro but i think its not his time jus yet. to mix it with the frontrunners i think he needs to control his waistline an add a bit more size on the sidecaps of his shoulders to give him more of a x frame to make his waist look smaller sometimes he looks blocky front on but side an back shots he reminders me of the ronnie coleman of old. condition is not a problem for him. DENNIS WOLF this guy has been keeping down low lately. but i bet u he is training like a animal in his dungeon in germany. so i will say he is my darkhorse pick for the title. with nobody knowing whats he up to an him keeping a low profile. i think he has a suprise in stored come september. he is working with the great nuritionlist chad nichios so with that combination it will bring something special. TONEY FREEMAN if he comes in condition i have him placing no high that 4th MELVIN ANTHONY if he comes in condition 5th or 6th at best. BRANCH WARREN he continues to improve on condition an his back an arms i have him 5th or 6th. RONNIE COLEMAN IF HE IS COMPETING ronnie i think shouldnt do the olympia his body is not reacting to the way it use to when he was untouchable. his back is pernantly torn on the left side an will not look like the glory days ronnie coleman. 2007 olympia he was lucky to get 4th place that was the worse i hav seen him he was only a shadow of his formal self. i love ronnie coleman he is a legend an one of the greatest of all time. bt i would hate to see him come back an continue to fall down in the ranks thats why i would have him 6th at best. THESE GUYS ABOVE ARE IN THE TOP SIX RANGE THE NEXT SET OF GUYS ARE THE 6TH TO 10TH RANGE SILVIO SAMUEL he continues to improve on his back. his condition is always spot on i think he will be seventh or 6th at best. DENNIS JAMES if hes in condition 7th at best MOE EL MOSSAWI condition is the key if he is going to place in the top ten. his condition is his strong point. he has enough muscle any more on his frame he could look real blocky. RONNIE ROCKEL condition from the rear is his key to the top ten.
