Has anyone tried this??

I started using it on Monday. I am not going to used the diaretic pills that come with it for the end of the 30 day program though. I will save those for when I decide to compete.

The pack comes with a full 30 day program and a handy little booklet with a complete program in it including nutrition.

I think you need to modify it according to individual needs as I am finding out. I will perservere though and post my results as I go. It is fairly intense and hard going.

I will post start stats and finished stats at the end of the program to give everyone an idea.

Yeah mate its a primo product, I know 3 other guys who have or are using it and all rate it high.

im just about to do a cycle of this stuff.. have been cutting for close to 6weeks now.. just wanted to try shed as much fat as i can naturally first and when that slows down ill throw this stuff into the mix.. and im sure most people will not get into contest condition in 30days you need to give yourself more time so yea.. maybe do 6-12 weeks dieting first

id recomend if your not so sure on how to diet, strictly follow the diet they recomend and you will see good results.

you can do a lot in the last 30 days, depends on how lean you are at the beginning, but if it works as well as it says it does it will be a great product, because the last 30 days is usually the worst time of the diet for me when it comes to appetite.

Well after the first week on this I have dumped 2kg in scale weight, and 1 cm off both waist and hips.

Getting full Body comp done tomorrow so will see how that goes.

i dumped 2kg the first week without this stuff.. so dont put it all down to the product..

I certaiinly won't be doing that. I have had body comp tests and everything since I started so I know whether something has worked or not. I think alot of that 2 kg was my diet, as I mucked it up a bit when I started.

Tried a sample pack of 3 pills the other day...bye by appettite- hello energy (almost boarding on euphoric).

Judging from the effects and diections, I'd say its perfect for the expereinced dieter getting ready for a show, with around 30 days left (the hardest part for me) trying to control their appeteite while keeping energy elevated- certainly not for the faint hearted or amatuer.
