This is a topic that I have had over the years, with many of my bodybuilding friends. In peoples opinion how should the most muscular be executed?

Hands on hips?

Hands cupped in front?

or

The crab?

I think it depends on the phyique as well some show better with different poses for me personaly the hands cupped one is my best
