Eastside Barbell Club Bench, Christchurch

Hey guys,

Eastside Barbell Club are holding a Raw Bench competition this Friday (27/03) at Canterbury Sports Performance Center, 497 St Asaph Street, Phillipstown. It's just a social competition so the rules won't be enforced super strictly. Lifters get 4 attempts plus there will be a bodyweight bench for reps competition. Belt and wrist wraps are allowed, but no bench shirts.

Weigh in at 6pm, lifting starts at 6:30pm. Entry is free so come along for a bit of fun. If you want more info you can contact Craig McGuigan on 0212418745 or just ask in here.

Yeah I still do most of my training there, couldn't imagine going back to a normal gym
