Hope this helps someone out there and its probably common knowledge but this is something I can recommend.

I have been training hard lately as well as playing 2 games of indoor soccer on a sunday. Come monday morning I could barely get out of bed and tuesday wasnt much better. Anyway, was told to supplement with L-Glutamine and man!, what a difference. I wake up feeling as though my muscles are relaxed and ready for a new day. My flexibility (compared to how it was) is so much better. I'm not as young as I used to be (38 soon)!! and I didnt realise how much I needed this supplement, what a boost.

Glutamine has a huge effect on DOMS and recovery, whenever I feel overworked I use it.

But its not too cheap so I only use it ocassionaly and now for my cut cycle, but yeah its great.

Along with glutamine the only other supplements Ive used and will trust for giving me an edge are of course protein shakes and creatine.
