Hi everyone,

have been a reader of forums on this site for a while now and finally decided to become a member!

I've been weight training since 16 (4 years) and consider myself an advanced lifter. I play rugby at a high level so fitness/cardio gets taken care of too! So i guess im not a body builder but consider myself an athlete and take body conditioning and diet pretty seriously!

current stats (start of season): height: 1.85m (6ft 1)

weight: 101kg

BF: 14%

Welcome,what position and who you playn for?

I play openside flanker, but can play 6 and 8 too. Play for Waikato University Premier's, and part of waikato academy system too.

hey dude. soo any intrest in doin bodybuilding, or u just gona stick to sports?

Not really thinking about doing any BB at this stage, although i see alot of similarities with the way i train and watch my diet etc. You never know though, you are always only one injury away from not being able to play rugby again!
