I'm pretty sure several of the ingredients in a multi-vit can be pretty toxic to the human body if taken in massive doses like that? Probably not damaging from once or twice, but I wouldn't make a habit of it if you DID actually chow down on half a bottle of vitamin pills lol :lol:

yep selenium i think is one of them. can be harmful in doses over 100mg and my multivits have 26mg in them so no more than 4 per day for me

Selenium over 200mg a day is considered Toxic. 150mg is the RDA.

hmm i think we're both rite. RDI for a normal person is 70mcg while the RDI for a BBer is 200-400mcg. And my multivitamin bottle says take no more than 100mcg lol.
