Hey guys.

Thought I should finally say hi :wave:

I've been at the gym for the last 3 months working on the free weights and cable's trying to not be skinny fat any longer. :pfft:

24, male, 6'2", 90kg at roughly 20% bf. Got a long road ahead of me! :shock:

lol sup bro.. im in a similar situation to u.. bt im bout 95kgs in 5" 10" unsure of bf bt running 3 days a week to burn the shit off :P been on weights coming up to 4 months in a week or so.. and 3 months rowing b4 that managed to get to 37km in 2 hrs 51 mins :P ne ways welcome !

You should post up how much you're lifting, the goals that you're trying to achieve, diet and workout journals so we can see what you're up to :lol:

I'm still on the 'begineers' program that the trainer at Crighton Cobbers set me up with. Though I've thrown in a few other exercises.

I haven't even moved on to any lifts :oops: This week I'll be starting dead lifts. Really need a coach or to watch more instructional videos :wink:

Best accomplishment so far is to get to 20kg DB Benchpress 3 x 8-10, up from 10kgs when I started out.

I'm trying to achieve a good physique for the first time in my life :pfft:

lol well that pic was still wen i was rowing lol... any way i aint to noobish ive done a year of this stff b4 so im kinda pro noob :P lol any way just go hard and stick with it and bout 3-4 months in you'll notice huge improvements from wen u first started bro :P

lol nah im just average, but id be happy to help you with deadlifts etc.

Cool man, that would be great. What time do you usually go? I've been going at 7 lately, it's nice and quiet after 7
