Hey,

I stumbled upon this site while searching for body sculpting for women. Straight up I havent been to the gym in about a year so dont even think im posting up my BMI!!! LOL. I'll be floationg around from time to time asking plenty of questions as I plan to hit the gym soon..HONEST.

Hi and welcome.

Agree with the last reply that BMI is BS...Have to go on how you feel and the way your clothes fit....along with the comments you get to of course.

You would probably be best starting off with a mix of cardio and weights and a good diet of 5-6 meals a day.

Whats your diet like now? as that is 70-80% of the mission...the other 20-30% is the gym workouts.

aaahum, diet?? Yeah about that..its a diet fit for a mumsy of 3 eat on the run and pretty much whatever goes. If anyone has ideas on what I can start off with would be awesome. Before I just cut out alot of fat and sugar. Ate high protein where poss and 6 small meals a day. Im not good with boring same ol same ol so like to mix it up and it has to fit around the fam as much as possuble. Got all my recipes etc from on line which was a great help but that took literally hours of searching the best ones for me..so hopefully I dont have to do that again! :pray:

You should have saved them summa...or at least booked marked them. You are on the right trck with what you say though.

High protein and low carbs and fat.

Try to take the carbs and fat lower towards the end of the day when you are more likely to be a bit more less active....If that makes sense :roll:
