My diet (bulking)

First thing

50grams protein

1 banana

poweraid drink

20 min latter

8 eggs

1 cup porridge cooked

Chop chop 36grams protein

Brown rice

Serving of vegtables

1.5 hours latter.

Pre workout

protein drink 25grams

WORKOUT

Post work out

protein drink 50 grams

dextrose

poweraid

fruit

As soon as I get home

Steak

brown rice

vegetables.

Chop chop 36 grams

brown rice

Vegetables

steak

brown rice

vegetables

50grams protein before bed.

25grams protein 3am (wake up an have then back to sleep)

So this is my diet, any advice appreciated would be appreciated. I'll post up my supplements in a week or so once I've sorted my bulking supps :grin:

Yea, that's a good idea, do you just take it with most meals to bump up the cals? like 3-4 time a day, two table spoons at a time.

umm u might wanna workout how much cals per table spoon and all that, go from there... but adding a tablespoon a few times a day wouldnt hurt - also tastes YUM

Dedication - I haven't seen anyone do 3am feedings for a while.

:pfft: Well to be honest, the main reason I get up is to take a leak. I set my alarm for 3 as if I wake an it's past 4 oclock, I just can't seem to get back to sleep. Though I sleep very well now days thanks to melatonin. :grin:

Same here 2am and 5am is a shake with 50gm pro and a cup of groung oats

Might have to put a shake next to the handbasin to chuck down at 4am :pfft:

just wondering if getting up at night would do anything to hormone levels (if your natural) - since growth hormone levels peak when your asleep

Yes it can be disruptive to gh production etc if you wake unnaturally to an alarm, I pretty much wake up the exact same time every night now naturally, just by drinking a certain amount of fluid (protein shake) and needing to ( for want of a better phrase) "take a piss"

why dextrose poweraid and fruit, thats alot of PWO sugar. dex will spike enuff if used properly. (and dont say poweraid for electrolites your no marathon runner you should be re hydrating as you train)

are you pinning slin pwo? if so maybe through in some mono creatine and glutamine

otherwise not too bad, as for you night meal i do carb up before bed with some low GI carbs while bulking. Protein powder and oats before bed, plain shake during the night should be sufficent.
