have just been reading an article about flex wheeler in latest muscular development mag,sad story about his kidney transplant (9 ops in 11 weeks), some of the crap he had to put up with while bbing,his steriod use since he was 18 & what he is up to now.

a good read about a great bodybuilder.

i needed something to read at work,that mag was a waste of money,$15 about 400 pages half of them ads, but the flex story was to long to read in the bookshop.

Yeah theres always that but i love to chill out and read a mag once in a while, i hate being stuck on the comp reading bland forum articles on the weekends.

I'll ususaly read ost publications on line unless there is some really good that I want to read then I may pick up the hard copy, they are just getting too expensive these days
