Hi my name is Richard,

I will be cruising around the boards often. I have been a personal fitness trainer and been involved in the fitness industry for the last 13 years.

I am currently gaining weight, my weight is 74.9kg with a bf% of 8.5.

I hope to one day be 90kg,

I am doing a three day split

Squats and or Deadlifts + leg extension superset to failure

Flat bench+incline dumbell flies superset

Miltary Press with BB+ lateral raise superset

Dips+ Tricep ext superset

Wide grip pull ups+ lat pull down superset+ one arm DB rows

standing EZbar curls, seated curl superset

Anyways I am looking forward to getting to know everyone, and chatting about something I am very passionate about with you all.
