Hiya..

I've looked at this site heaps and finally decided i should actually join up..

Im 34 5'3 or 160com if you're metrically inclined :) and somewhere around 58kg (scales scare the crap outta me) go to the gym twice a week for weights and walk or run 5 or 6 times a week.

I am training to be a personal trainer currently and look forward to getting to help people with their health and fitness goals \:D/

I eat pretty clean (most of the time..im human) altho probably dont eat enough. I just cant shift the last bit of stubborn fat however, so i thought if I hung out at this site ..something good might rub off on me and I could get the help/encouragement/ass kicking i need!!
