Recommended Posts

has anyone here ever experienced symptoms from taking testosterone. Symptoms being a deep chest cough and wheezy breathing.. Stop taking the test patches and it goes away after a few days.. It originally happened when I was taking a high dose lozenger type testosterone thats absorbed through the gums.. Now its happening with low dose testosterone patches.. Anyone ever heard of this before?

haha I wish.. nope, definitely not anxiety... Im probably one of the least anxious people you will ever meet.. Easy going and dont give a shit about much.. Nothing to be anxious about in my life.. The cough is really chesty and sore, almost like a bad flue, and the longer it goes on, the worse my breathing gets.. All wheezy like a chest infection.. But no other symptoms.. Really weird... Had the same thing last year on an oral test.. Went to the doc thinking I had lung cancer or something similar as the cough went on for about 6 months.. Finally stopped after a long period of no test.. Now Im playing with the test patches, its back again.. I stopped using the patches and over a period of about 3 days the symptoms are slowly dissapearing..... Never heard of this before.. has anyone ever heard of it..

Mate - i remember you from before. You seem to be constantly having problems with these things!! I've got no real advice for you but maybe it is time to try something other than trouches and patches!!

Samoan muscle, yes, the thought did cross my mind, problem is, if the problem gets bad, I can stop the patches.. Once its injected, theres no going back.. need to find out WTFs going on first... hence asking in here if anyone has experienced similar issues.. Only way Im going to find out, is if I ask... By the way, heres the 2nd part if anyones keen, feel free to post it somewhere else in the forum.. http://www.sendspace.com/file/qgekp8 3rd part to come..

Hi,

Come off mate if it's concerning you!

I know some guys who get flu like symptoms with test (test flu).

Have you checked your blood pressure? Steroids will increase it and can make you lethargic. If I do test/tren I get breathless very quickly and laboured breathing.

Maybe go through your diet or perhaps your body doesn't react well to test.

Are you on the patch's for medical reasons or bodybuilding?

thanks for the help frocko, yes im off it for now.. Test is to keep up with the younger guys in the sports I play with.. And for weights. The dose is very small in comparison to what any competive body builder wold take, but they do work well for me.. fat loss, muscle and strength gains.. Also gives me the total opposite to lethargy.. Just this damn annoynig cough and sore chest.. almost like a flue but with out the head cold. Very interesing to notice Im not alone with this.. yes you may be right, it may just not agree with me.. Some sort of allergic reaction maybe.. Glad I didnt inject any. Might have had bad effects I couldnt get rid of.. Looks like I might have to look at something else other than test.. Patches were great, worked for me and were legal so no hassles to get and free. Oh well, back to the drawing board.. cheers for you help.. much appreciated ..

If you are worried about a possible allergic reaction put a small amount of the testosterone oil ( prop not cyp) on your lips, this will be a good indicator of and adverse affects. If that goes well then using an insulin syringe inject a 10th/ml into your delt, no problems again then your good to go.

just a thought, if Im moving to the injectibles, does every one use tamoxifen after every cylce, or just if your experiencing symptoms/problems..

And what if the doses are kept low, is tamoxifin needed then?.

My goal is not to put on lots of muscle believe it or not. I do weight training more because I just love it.

As it is, Im putting on size all the time and I dont want to get too much bigger, Im using more for the fat loss and increase in stamina and training ability that its giving me, therefor am happy to keep the amount Im using low.

Even with the low does patches I was getting good results.. So yeah, back to my point, if keeping doses low, will I still need tomoxafen after every cycle?

LOL just realised i fucked up haha got a bit confused

Well said, If they really wanted to they could be on HGH, IGF-1, Insulin, T3 and test suspension and all they would have to do is drop the suspension a couple days before the test and they would be fine.

its suspension not cyp

Bro, you seem to be a little confused about the reason you use AAS. Gear alone will not or should not be used as a basis of a fat burning or conditioning program. You are playing around with the bodies hormone systems & metabolism by using it. Maybe you would be best to look at your training levels of intensity & diet before going on down this track. But in answer to your question, it is generally regarded that some form of PCT will be required after a cycle of testosterone of 200mg pw or more. However, you could take a wait & see approach provided you had Nolva or an AI on hand to knock back any estrogen issues after your "cycle"

maybe confused, or more than likely its my limited knowledge, but for a fact, Im able to keep up with the young fellas in sparring etc when using.. Strength gains are good on minimal doses of test. Stamina increases. Muscle definitely increases, fat loss is brilliant. Ability to function in just every day life, thinking ability etc etc etc.. Its giving me every thing I want and more.. Maybe its just my goals are different to yours.. Lots of studies done on it.. Lots of people using it. just do a search on the anti aging clinics that are popping up everywhere now.. Watched a program the other day, its becoming very common in England where people in to their late 40s etc are using small doeses of test to help them compete and keep up with the youngsters.. They interviewed one guy that said, even if taking test caused my death eventually, I would rather have 10 more years living like this, than 30 more laying on the couch... So I dont think im confused.. If im missing something here, im more happy to be educated.. Its why I post in here, to learn from the knowledgable like yourself..

musclenz..

That does make perfect sense, the test patches (androgen) is becoming big business, but when docs prescribe it, there is never any mention of any sort of pct or AI, so Im assuming its ok to go with out nolvadex etc, if using small doses..

Otherwise the companies that are selling the androgen patches would be getting sued left right and center for causing gyno. Definitely will take your advice and make sure I have some at hand though..
