I don't know what do choose. Or if these are the choices for me. :cry:

I don't know a thing about protein or powders etc... need alot of help to make the right choice.

I forgot to mention I'm not bodybuilder or rich.

I'm after value for money, whatever will help me put on muscle for as cheap as I can afford.
