Hi.. I am an oldie.. I am 41, used to be toned a few years ago but fell off the exercise wagon and found food and wine :( Now its time to find the hot me that could possibly still be lurking.. I am 5'3 (or there abouts) and currently lurking around the 58kgs but want to get back to about 53 or 54 kgs.

I dont mind working hard in the gym and know I need to pick up the cardio.

I did do a duathlon and half marathon in 2007 and thinking of doing the Auckland half marathon again later this year.

Anyway.. I am glad I found this sight and look forward to any help when I need it.. and a good kick now and then when I require it :)
