I'll take no blast over this product.

have you used superpump?

NO blast tastes and mixes poorly in comparison to this and found it to not be as effective in giving me a boost, as a good pre trainer should.

Yea I have, I agree that mega no blast doesn't have much of an energy kick, as it has no caffeine, but it's a really comprehensive supplement. It gives me an insane pump, to the point where I've even struggled to hold my drink bottle the odd time. :pfft:

apperently NO Balst has a new flavour so that might make thinks abit better in the taste department.

I've taken Superpump before my last 5 workouts and every time without fail i had to take a dump :shock: right after taking it, gave some to my mate and same thing happened to him so i'm like what the???

It did keep me pretty focussed and wanting to train for longer, even on leg days, but the feeling stays for the rest of the day and can't fall asleep as easily.

unnggghhhh yes i can agree with the taking a dump part, about 2 mins after taking it i can feel a nasty brew starting up. This stuff is pretty potient, i only take 1 1/2 scoops other wise i get a nasty head ache, does give good pumps though, took 3 scoops the first time which was to say the least, slight overkill.

yea i do 2 scoops every workout, and by the time ive driven to the gym im always ampin to drop the kids at the pool - i feel sorry for whoever cleans the shitters there, cos its nasty....

it's all about working out your tolerance mate (like the label says) if it makes you run for the hills each time then half the dose mate

I've been using it for some time and never had any of the crap side affects so it could just be a individual tolerance level thing.

As well as a good workout "pump" supplement I've also found it good for cardio (add 1/3 a scoop to drink bottle).

To get a boost before working out I've been taking no doz. I'm quite keen to try superpump or similar as I've read good reviews.

It's sitting at around $95 on most sites at the mo, a bit pricey for my budget. Anyone know where I could get a sample serve before I fork over the $$$?

Most online sites will give you a sample of SP250 when you make a purchase. Other than that i doubt they will just give it away out of the goodness of their hearts..

By this do you mean if you buy SP250, you get a sample with it? (I can't see why you would need a sample of something you've just bought) Or does that mean I should request a sample when buying something else?

Dymatize Energized Xpand, is another NOS product I've found, 82 caps for $39
