ok i started taking creatine about 6 months ago loaded up 4 a week then took it 3 times a week. then i was advised i should only take it once a day so i did (2 months ago) and im pretty sure i havent made any gains since? iv just stopped taking it 4 a few weeks n then im gona start taking it 3 times daily again. is this a good plan? any advice would b appreciated
