hey guys whats so bad with the maggi noodles? the are made of wheat.....most people couldnt tell them apart from oats standing in a paddock

i appreciate there are some other minor amounts of rubbish in their but essentially a good serve of carbs in my book (currently)

in the past my wife has bought cup noodles - now thats a big mistake..... 10% fat

They are different-mainly refined. the best carbs are the ones without all the fandangle packaging-potato,kumara,brown rice, vege. In general-you dont want refined carbs unless your using them for a purpose like replenishing glycogen after workout ( sugar-inslulin response-anabolic).

Remember this-Dietary fat is not soo bad, (within reason), carbs are more of an enemy if your on fatloss, and many people find they do their thing better by switching carbs for fats(good fats). Fat is an important part, I wont go into detail but SATURATED fat is important in your body functioning, for example hormone production. just dont do fast food regularly.

Sorry about the spelling guys.
