hi

i want to know if anyone has got a real comfortable belt, ive got a weider belt very similar to the york belts they sell at rebel big thick leather one, i find it cuts into me when doing deadlifts/squats

i tend to use it only for heavy deadlifts havent been using it for squats but when i tried it cuts into me

i have seen a guy at my gym with a fabric style one anyone got like a harbinger or scheik one?

let me know your thoughts

cheers

I have the same problem Ghostn. I cant use my weight belt now Im bigger. It cuts into my tummy and is really uncomfortable. Recommendations?

stop eating so much :pfft:

You can talk, buddy! :pfft:

As for a lifting belt, gymeez does really good ones that 'dont' cut into you.

I use the one they do for $69.99. Comfortable as far as belts go. Give thema try.
