asia pasific After party?

on another thread that topic of having an oficial afterparty for the chch bodybuilding scene on the aprill the 11th after thasia pasific champs,

i personaly think this is a great idea (thanks nick) and would like to seeit well suported,

so firstly i have located a venue where we can posably hold the event,the venue is fantastic and is run by a couple of bodybuilders/sculpters,

the venue will be hired out for the afterparty so it wont be open to public,

the big thing is venues cost $ ie paying staff to be there etc, in the past we have tryed to encourage people to go to one place after a show and it hasent worked out viable for the venue operators to keep there doors open,

to make this a sucsess we need some interest and comitment from the BB comunity that you will be atending an aftershow event

so please i need sugestions

* would you buy a ticket?

*what sort of food/drink would you like (great cheif can turn his had at anything) oh man his blueburry pankakes are the bomb!!!

ticket price will depend on what you want ie do you want to buy gormet pizza? or have finger food included in the ticket price or both??

* any other sugestions? or if you wann help me organise it please give me a call
