Taste - When this first enters your mouth you think *oh baby this is gonna be good* and then it's really not good. It's not the worst flavour in the world but adding your own scoop of favourite powder is going to taste better than this. Actually the more you eat the worse it gets, kind of tastes like protein powder that has been sitting on your bench mixed up for a while, and then some cinamin has been added

mabe its a dymatize thing to smell old. i find everytime i go to hav a dymatize shake, my mixing container still stinks :?

lol im on the dymatize 12 hr stuff and wow tastes odd as in - wen u make a cake mixture with a mixer with beaters and after u pour it into the bowl to put in the oven, and lick the beaters with the cake mix still on it that kinda of odd texture and it kinda does smell off bt im finding the results of it surprisingly good and for 105 for like 7x servings a great buy full of amino acids

Meant to mix with hot water (not boiling) or microwave for 20-30 seconds.
