Water Cutting - Myth

to dehydrate or not to dehydrate, is a decision that can only be made as you get close to comp. My clients will see me everyday from 7days out because of this. it depends on the person, there genetics, there fat levels, how much muscle they are carrying, the weather (thats right the weather) what i do in NZ is differnt to what i did in greece at 36deg and different again to what i did in germany -3deg sooooooooo many varibles.

the one thing i can say is the harder i heve hit the water depleting on the friday the harder i come out on stage. if i dont have a stinking headache from being dehydrated when i walk out on stage, i know i am carring water. differnt strokes for different folks. but all the pics on this post of the guys, one is still as watery as hell and still carring to much fat! the other is dry form the rear but could still be tighter in the front.

LOL I wasn't trying I prove anything. Just giving an extreme sample of rapid water loss. I doubt he's carrying a lot of excess water after shedding 10kg. He wasn't entering a bb competition.

I got your point bro .... dude is definately sharper for a day between! :)
