Hi, what would be your advice for someone who has never used steroids before and would like to lose bodyfat safely and effectively?

From what I've read a combination of anavar and winstrol is a good method? Or am I wrong? What would you guys recommend for a cycle and at what dosage?

You dont need to use anavar or winstrol to lose fat. The fat burning / metabolic effects of these two compounds are minimal if that.

Look at your diet or consider using the drugs I suggested...

I'd be an advocate of the Anavar / Stanzolol stack as well, to be used during cutting but not to cut. The fat-burning properties of these two compounds are minimal. The reason why they are great for cutting is because they don't aromatize and can slighty increase strength which is a plus while on a calorie deficient cut.

My question is in regards to wanting to get down to 5-6% bodyfat. And I am hardly fat as I have clearly defined abdominals. Nothing wrong with wanting to take it to the next level.
