THE TRIP

For those of you who know me and those who dont , I am about to embark on a trip of a life time. Tomorrow I leave to fly to Las Vegas where I am meeting up with with my long time friend LEE PREIST, there we will spend the weekend DRAG RACEING as it is Lee,s final meet before the Olympia, Lee is actualy winning Rookie of the year tittle in Drag Raceing!.

From here we will fly back to Austin Texas where we will start his OLYMPIA Prep in full HRDCOR style. I will be monitoring his diet for him and training with him right through to the big day.

This will be a very exciting and unique journy for me and you guys here at NZBB central, as I will be doing regular updates on our day to day activities and happenings and training, as well as showing you pics where possible, I will also be getting you some of the inside gossip on the road to OLYMPIA as it gets pretty heated over in the states between the compettitors as the show draws closer. This years OLYMPIA is one of the most antisapated shows yet, Money has never been higher, goss has never been more rife,and the new formats to the show look to have this years OLYMPIA as one of the best yet!!

Oh dont you worry. my wife will hold to ransom over this trip for at least 5 years, every time she wants to buy something or do something this trip will be used as bench mark and leverage tool!! I might be haveing 9 weeks of Bodybuilding heaven, but I will have 5 years of hell to follow!!
