Ok... im 35 male, about 75kg at the present, 177cm.

According to this website http://www.scientificpsychic.com/fitness/diet.html ..

Body Mass Index: 23.9 kg/m2

Waist-to-Height ratio: 0.49

Percent Body Fat: 18.9%

Lean Body Mass: 60.8 Kg

I do have normal breakfast, lunch and dinner (everyday is different accordinty to wife's menu lol)

What I'm asking most.... do u think I should try to burn more calories each day and reach example 15% Body Fat? And.... is burning too many calories per day a waste of time in my situation?

Thank you All guys.... the fact is that im trying in the recent months to burn about 500 calories per day each morning before work. I lost about 10 kg in the last year... hopefully most fat.

Maybe I should stop now running and walking... and concentrate more with weights.

Your question is too vague. It's the same as "should I drink more?" or "Should I eat more?"

Depends on what your goal is. Even then it depends on how much fat you are currently losing and whether you want to diet it off etc.

Then if you do want to lose weight it isn't as simple as burning calories as the old formula of calories in and calories out and how much weight training and whether to go low carbs comes into play.

Exactly. Also, a starting point of reference needs to be given. i.e. How many calories are you currently burning?

Just to clear something up... we all burn calories, all day every day.

What you're talking about is burning extra calories through exercise and therefore creating a calorie deficit (body burning more than you take in) which would result in weight loss. Hopefully that weight loss will be fat and not muscle, but that will depend on your diet.
