I see the INBA have a couple of shows in NZ

does anyone know if they have an athletic class , or is it just physique

Yea they do have a few comps here in NZ I did one in Dec in Stratford Taranaki - As far as I know they don't have an athletic class (not 100% sure though). They are definitely push the natural philosophy, so size is not everything. The INBA Nationals are in Taupo sometime in August - Quite keen to do that as I qualified when I won the overall at the Taranaki Show.

The Taranaki INBA show was really well run, the prizes and trophy were some of the best I have seen (especially as it was quite a small show) Trophy was laser cut out of a piece of stainless steel and among other things I got a $100 ITM gift voucher & a huge tub of protein.
