Lats getting bigger...

Mine seemed to grow the most from heavy benching and pullups. Now I'm having trouble fitting into my size 14 tops :shock: Next thing I'll be shopping at K&K

You're lats are growing from benching? That's wack! :clubbed: :pfft:

Bench like a powerlifter and your lats get a good workout...

you learn to squeeze your lats and compress them on the way down ... and release to explode the bar off your chest....

get 5 sets of 5 powerlifter style benches done and youll have doms in your lats too...

its why all the west side boys believes in heavy upper back and trap work... they use it to power their bench.

Yeah...I've had DOMS in the lats after heavy bench work.

on the topic of muscles gettin bigger (and a bit off the topic at the same time). i was stoked as wen i was walkin down the beach on the wknd wen these kids (boys bout 10yrs old) cum up to me and go

"Sir.....sir........sir, can u do the titty dance" :pfft: :pfft: :pfft: i just didnt no how to react . should have done it for them but i just walked off laughin feelin stoked that they thought i was capible of doin it (must be slowly gettin there, or they just thought i had big tits) :oops: :shifty:

I'm now finding my lats are getting wider after some priority training.

The side effect I'm finding is they are getting in the way when I walk!

I mean my triceps are sitting on my lats now when I stand with arms by my side and rub when walking (arms swaying).

I guess I shouldn't complain but how many of you guys have 'developed' this 'issue' and do you get used to it?

thats really annoying iv had it before, not at the moment though coz my legs have shrunken :(

Yeah, I have the thigh thing going on too, but I'm quite used to that. The only annoying thing is I bought a couple of pairs of jeans 6 months ago anticipating growth. I.e. way too big on the waist (32") and baggy relaxed fit on the legs. They are already to tight.

And it's all over for my favourite 501s. :cry:

yeah i find that after my 12k row,my lats feel well worked in and i canbarely do a chin up after that
