Im a 41 year young female who is overweigth. im just starting to get back in to it after hurting my back at work.

I have set myself a goal to be 15% body fat or better by Nov. Im happy :D to have found this site as i feel it will move me forward in the right direction to achieve my goal. :pfft:

i did upper today.

DB press 9/12 10/10 11/8 12/6 10/12 then no rest on to

one set of flys 10/12

DB shoulder press 4/12 5/10 6/8 7/6 4/12 no rest on to

DB side raise 4/12

Bentover row 15/12 17/10 20/8 22/6 17/12 no rest onto

pullover 12/12

BB french press 12/12 15/10 17/8 20/6 15/12 no rest onto pushdowns 30/12

incline curls 4/12 5/10 6/8 7/6 5/12 no rest on to hammers 6/12

meal 1 rolled oat with protein powder mix in

meal 2 protein shake plus fruit

meal 3 fish rice green beans

meal 4 yoghurt with protein powder mix in

meal 5 chicken salad

meal 6 protein shake

hi mark65,

i go to zero limits in Te Awamutu, i had a fat test on mon im 39% fat and 86.7 kg so i have alot to lose. Tony my trainer asked me to have a fat test every two weeks to help me say on track. I have been reading your journal, it looks like you have done very well :clap: are you going to do a show.

i have known Tony for a long time now,

i got to know him at Bruces Fitness when he worked there,

he is a very good trainer he keeps up with the lasted training ideas. So What time of the day to you train.

may be one day we will run into each other.

Train Hard eat well and it wont be long before your in a show. :nod:

I wouldnt worry too much about fat% and all that technical stuff. Get use to the gym and how your workouts feel and how your body responds every couple of days. Feel good about the change your making and always take the positive road when it comes to motivating yourself and GOOD LUCK
