Welcome mate. Your diet looks pretty good. Get your self a protein shake to take, before an post work out. Yea I always like to have some kind of stimulating supplement to get me going pre work out. My favourite is san fierce, but there's plenty to chose from. Looks like your about to make some major changes to you body, good luck.

Hey Paul, welcome.

I suggest you hold off the fat loss supplements. Use them once you hit a plataeu and stop making so much progress. For now, the fact that you've just started at the gym will be enough of a shock to your body that you should continue seeing good results for a while yet.

The only thing I wonder about is whether you're getting enough food. Sounds silly, I know, but you don't want to starve yourself. When you're in starvation mode, losing fat is much harder, because your body holds onto everything it can get. What I don't know is what might be an appropriate amount of food for your current weight. Perhaps someone else can help here. :)

Mate for a guy your size you are definately not getting enough food. Below is an assessment of your daily calories & macros. You should be getting in more than double what you are doing at the moment otherwise you are just going to crassh & burn. Anyone is going to lose weight on 1500cals ed. It is not even close to normal maintenance levels for an active male. What is going to happen is you will not have any energy to train, you will feel shit because your sugar levels are depleted & you are just going to reach for the nearest simple carb to boost you up. Weight lose is not about starving yourself. Its about maintaining your muscle mass & tone, improving cardio vascular strength while reducing BF% levels.

GREAT START MATE WELL DONE!!!

Id agree with musclenz, you do need to up your food a bit, at this stage keep up with the fruit, yes it is simple carbs when it comes down to it but unless you are trying to get into comp condition the fibre and mircro nutriants you are gettingwont do you any harm.

DONT go jumping onto a fat burner!! you are doing well on your own steam and you seem very very motivated if you want a bit of a "pick up" maybe just have a good strong coffee before you train. but at this stage dont go waking in supps that you dont need.

Protein Supp is definatly a good idea. will help you get a few more cals and Protein in.

keep up the good work!!
