since i am trying to lose fat maybe the pro's can help me out on this

how do you guys work out your legs and still manage to do cardio 6 days a week.

I find myself leaving legs till friday so that i get to run at the beginning of the week,however i also basketball on the weekends,so sometimes i skip legs if im really tired on friday dreading that i wont be able to perform on court.help.

mon chest

tue back and shoulders

wed i take an off

thurs arms

fri legs

weekends basketball.
